How to request it

Email hola@duettoclub.com or message us on WhatsApp with the email used for the purchase. The refund is issued by Cakto to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.

After the refund

Access to Duetto Club is closed.

European Union and UK consumers

Point for legal review: in the EU (and the UK), the right of withdrawal for digital content is 14 days, unless the customer expressly consents to immediate access and acknowledges losing that right. Confirm whether Cakto's checkout collects that consent; if not, the guarantee for EU/UK customers must be 14 days.
