1. The product

Duetto Club is a digital product with 30 themed date nights for couples (menu, shopping list, step by step, playlist, questions and a challenge), accessed at app.duettoclub.com.

2. Purchase and payment

Payment is one-time and processed by Cakto, acting as payment intermediary. By purchasing you also accept Cakto's terms of use. Prices on the site may be approximate when converted to your currency; the final amount is the one shown at checkout.

3. Access

Once payment is confirmed, access is sent to the email you provided. Access is personal to the purchasing couple and may not be resold or shared publicly.

4. Intellectual property

All content (texts, recipes, images, brand) belongs to Duetto Club. Copying, redistributing or reselling it is prohibited.

5. Liability

Recipes are suggestions. Check for allergies and dietary restrictions, drink alcohol responsibly and only if of legal age, and take care with fire and kitchen tools.
